Using Sleepless
Sleepless provides event listings, booking and organiser tools. You must be legally able to use the service and provide accurate information. Event details are supplied by organisers, who are responsible for their event content, venue, schedule and delivery.
Accounts and security
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access. We may restrict access when necessary to investigate fraud, misuse or breaches of these terms.
Organisers and listings
Organisers must have the right to run and sell tickets for each event. Identity verification and event approval are required before a listing is published. Approval of a listing does not transfer responsibility for the event from its organiser to Sleepless.
Bookings and charges
Prices are displayed in South African rand. Review the event details, ticket selection, refund terms and total before placing an order. A paid booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds; a free booking is confirmed when registration completes. Your ticket and order record appear in your account.
Cancellations and refunds
The event-specific refund terms are shown before booking and saved with your order. Cancellations, postponements and changes are also subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable South African consumer law. Event terms cannot remove rights you have under the law.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading event information, misuse tickets, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access. We may remove a listing or restrict an account while we investigate suspected abuse.
Limits and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by South African law, Sleepless is not responsible for indirect loss or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
