Effective 27 September 2026 · South Africa
Before you book
Each event shows its organiser’s refund choice and any additional terms before checkout. Those terms are saved with your order, so you can refer to the conditions that applied when you booked. They do not override rights provided by South African consumer law.
Change-of-mind requests
An organiser may choose not to offer change-of-mind refunds, allow requests up to a stated number of hours before the event, or review requests individually. A request is not automatically an approved refund. Check the event’s refund terms before placing an order.
If an event is cancelled
If an event is cancelled and cannot go ahead, we will provide information about the outcome and the available remedy to affected ticket holders. Eligible paid orders are refunded to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing time and applicable law.
Postponements and significant changes
If the date, venue or another significant detail changes, the notice to ticket holders should explain whether tickets remain valid, any refund options and the deadline to respond. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
Requesting a refund
Sign in and open your order in My tickets to submit a request with a reason. You can follow its status there. If you cannot access your order, use the contact page and include your order reference and purchasing email. An approved paid refund returns to the original payment method; free orders have no payment to refund.
